Sales Specialist (SaaS Solutions) – Epirus, Greece

Novus Conceptus is a fast-growing Greek software company developing modern cloud (SaaS) solutions for businesses in the hospitality, food service, retail, and invoicing sectors.

With a strong presence across Greece and a continuously expanding product portfolio, we are strengthening our commercial team.

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in Epirus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and approach incoming and existing leads (phone & face-to-face).
  • Present company products through short demos (online or onsite).
  • Understand the needs of professionals and small businesses and propose the most suitable solutio
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers based on needs and clusters.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Track and report key sales KPIs (calls, demos, conversions, renewals).
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and scripts.
  • Professionally represent the company in meetings and onsite visits.

Required Qualifications

  • Residence in Epirus (Preveza, Ioannina, Thesprotia, or Arta).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Field of study: Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or related.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong computer and digital skills.
  • Sales mindset with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in SaaS / software sales will be considered a strong asset.
