Novus Conceptus is a fast-growing Greek software company developing modern cloud (SaaS) solutions for businesses in the hospitality, food service, retail, and invoicing sectors.
With a strong presence across Greece and a continuously expanding product portfolio, we are strengthening our commercial team.
We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in Epirus.

1 day per week at the company’s office in Parga, remaining days remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and approach incoming and existing leads (phone & face-to-face).
- Present company products through short demos (online or onsite).
- Understand the needs of professionals and small businesses and propose the most suitable solutio
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers based on needs and clusters.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track and report key sales KPIs (calls, demos, conversions, renewals).
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and scripts.
- Professionally represent the company in meetings and onsite visits.
Required Qualifications
- Residence in Epirus (Preveza, Ioannina, Thesprotia, or Arta).
- Valid driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Field of study: Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or related.
- Good command of English.
- Strong computer and digital skills.
- Sales mindset with a clear understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in SaaS / software sales will be considered a strong asset.
