Growth & Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Growth & Sales Specialist to join our team at Novus Conceptus.
In this role, you will support the growth of our SaaS products (timologisi.online, ERP 2.0, PMS, Restaurant Order System) by managing leads, coordinating marketing activities, and driving sales opportunities from first contact to closing.
This is a full-time, permanent role with long-term responsibilities — not a temporary project.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound leads and follow-up communications
- Organize and monitor the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare, send, and track offers and commercial proposals
- Conduct warm and cold outreach to potential clients (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Coordinate marketing actions (email campaigns, ads, landing pages, social media posting)
- Schedule and prepare product demos (invoice provider, ERP, PMS, Order System)
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure a smooth handover to support
- Track and report KPIs daily/weekly (leads, conversions, demos, revenue)
- Identify market opportunities and perform basic competitor research
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams when needed
- Maintain excellent customer communication and professional follow-up
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Familiarity with invoicing, ERP, PMS, or restaurant POS systems
- Understanding of digital marketing basics (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to create simple content (emails, landing pages, presentations)
- Previous experience working with SMEs or hospitality businesses
Must Have
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Ability to manage leads and pipeline effectively
- Organized and methodical approach to daily tasks
- Comfortable with phone outreach, emails, and presenting products
- Knowledge of basic digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, email marketing platforms)
- Excellent written and spoken English & Greek
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
